Position Summary
The Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing daily bookkeeping functions and office support. Communication, time management and organizational skills are essential for a successful candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Bookkeeping
- Maintain accounts payable and receivable
- Process weekly accounts payable runs
- Learn monthly billing function
- Post daily customer receipts
- Assist in collecting outstanding accounts receivable
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts, including multiple bank accounts
- Process sales tax report
- Post month journal entries
- Maintain assets and depreciation schedule
- Complete ad hoc projects as needed
Administrative Responsibilities
- Open and distribute daily mail
- Distribute packages as they are delivered
- Oversee and order office supplies
- Answer phones and forward calls to appropriate person
- Help visitors as they come to door
- All other duties as assigned
Desired Skills
- Experience with Quickbooks or a comparable accounting software program
- Experience with Microsoft Office programs
- Experience with Constant Contact a plus
- Minimum Associate degree in accounting or 3 years experience in bookkeeping
- Superior organizational and time management skills
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills with staff and customers
- Must be able to multi-task and be flexible as needed

Responsibilities:
- Educate and sell Manage Services ,Cloud, and Collocation Products to new and existing customers
- Prospect and create demand to potential customers
- Achieve sales targets
- Communicate New Products and Services to customers
- Communicate Lead and Opportunity Progression to Management
Qualifications:
- Experience Technical Sales, Hardware Sales or Software Sales
- Thorough understanding of technology environments
- Basic understanding of server architectures relative to customer environments
- Ability to work within a CRM System
- Strong Interpersonal Skills
- Self starter
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
